Best Running Shoe Ever! Hi There~ I am a 27 year old woman and an avid runner. I was in an accident over three years ago that has left me with severe neck, shoulder, and lower back pain. Needless to say, after my accident running had become too painful and I was forced to give it up. Then one day a friend of mine told me about her Z-coils and how much she loved them. She explained how her shoes relieved the pain running and other activities put on her joints and lower back. I went to Michael and Jan at their Springfield location and was fitted for my shoes. The first time I wore them I felt as though I was walking on air. The first time I ran with them on I didn’t suffer the pain I used to because the shoe acted as my own personal shock absorber.
